I would like to thank all the people at Purofirst who responded quickly to my problem and also I appreciated the professionalism of the crew on the job.  I felt very comfortable having them work in my home.

I had a terrible flood in my home and the services you provided were excellent.  One company was Purofirst and the people they sent to paint, fix ceilings, do vanities, etc. were highly professional.  They were hard working and did wonderful work.  Their names are Jose P., John H. and Jim L.  Thank you again for coordinating these services for me. The people named above could not have done a better job.

My name is Mary B. and on August 8, 2007 my basement was flooded due to the storm we had in the early morning hours.  Allstate arranged for your company to work in my house.

In this regard, I would like to inform you regarding your employees, Mr. Michael Colaiacomo and his co-worker whose name I don’t have.  In one word, they were WONDERFUL.

Work started on August 8, 2007 and was finished on August 12, 2007.  Michael is an extremely professional, conscientious, polite, understanding, caring, responsible and pleasant person.  If only we had more human beings in this world like him.

We recently had a “puff back” in our home and needed to turn to Nationwide Insurance for help.  We are pleased to say that we were overly satisfied with the hassle-free and immediate assistance that we received.  We were extremely pleased with Michael M. of Nationwide Mutual Fire Insurance. Co.  He took the time to come to our home and personally attend to our need.

Less than three weeks after the incident, our home was cleaned beautifully and back in order thanks to the outstanding job done by Frank Colaiacomo and his excellent team at Purofirst of Long Island, Inc.  We also received our insurance check in a timely fashion which allowed us to get right to work on replacing any items that needed to be replaced.

Again, we are greatly satisfied by the commitment to your customers and are glad to be a part of a company like Nationwide Insurance.  We are more than willing to spread the word of your good work and great business.

On January 19, 2004, we came home from vacation to find that our hot water pipes had burst while we were away, and hot water had been running into our house for some time.  We called State Farm, and within a couple of hours, they sent people from Purofirst who removed wet carpeting and ceiling tiles.  They extracted standing water and installed blowers and dehumidifiers.  There was a lot of work that had to be done in the next two months – spackling, painting, floor refinishing, carpeting, etc.  All of the people from Purofirst came promptly at their scheduled time, did excellent work and were very neat.  They were polite, friendly and helpful.  Frank Colaiacomo of Purofirst, who supervised our job always kept us informed and coordinated the work very well.

The people on Team 62 at State Farm that we spoke to on the phone were courteous and helpful.  They were clear in their instructions and in answering our questions.

We are very satisfied with State Farm and Purofirst, and we have recommended them to our friends.  Thank you for making a difficult situation better.

The work done by Nick and John looks great.  They are the most pleasant men to have in your house doing work.  I highly recommend Nick, John and Purofirst to anybody who asks.
